Work is nearing completion at an exciting addition to Paradise Island: A new premium grocery store in The Bahamas that will offer the finest produce, meats, prepared foods, and much more.

Construction is ramping up at Sawyer’s Fresh Market, which will be the first large grocery store on Paradise Island, conveniently located near Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina. 

In recent weeks, the new deli counter was installed, along with the produce displays and butcher’s department. On track to open this summer, the 8,000-square-foot store will be the new go-to spot on Paradise Island for all your grocery needs and more.

Sawyer’s Fresh Market will feature a deli counter offering a range of made-to-order and grab-and-go sandwiches and lunch specials. Organic and locally grown produce options will also be a highlight of the new grocery store.

Sawyer’s already operates two retail stores in Freeport, Grand Bahama, and the brand is known for its premium offerings. At its new Paradise Island gourmet grocery store, a highly skilled professional butcher will sell homemade sausages and high-quality meats, and he’ll provide personalized service for the community — including meats cut and trimmed to your specifications.

Additionally, Sawyer’s Fresh Market will offer delivery service for Paradise Island residents and visitors. Guests at Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina will enjoy direct dockside delivery, adding to the premium marina amenities available to those who dock at Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina, where we’re known for offering exclusive services like in-slip fueling, a dedicated fitness facility for yacht captains and crew members, and proximity to a growing number of restaurants, stores, and medical facilities.
