Carnival Bahamas is strategically located at the Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina, providing an inviting space for patrons to indulge in exquisite cuisine, with breathtaking marina views, exceptional service, and an ambiance unlike any other. The new restaurant, an extension of the highly successful Carnivale Chicago, combines the best of Latin and Bahamian cultures for an unforgettable experience.

Sam Randazzo, General Manager of Carnivale Chicago, shared his excitement about the venture. “Carnival Bahamas brings together good food, good drinks, and a unique energy fueled by vibrant arts and colors. The team has worked hard to create an experience that’s immediately felt the moment you walk in.”
The event featured notable partners and stakeholders, including Sterling Global Advisors, who spearheaded the vision for the Hurricane Hole development. Khaalis Rolle, President of Sterling Global Advisors, highlighted the project’s significance: “When we acquired this property in 2018, our vision was to create a downtown for Paradise Island—a space where people can live, work, and play. Carnivale Bahamas is the centerpiece of this development, bringing culinary delights that enhance the island’s offering.”
This milestone complements the final phase of Paradise Landing’s redevelopment, focusing on establishing a thriving commercial hub featuring retail, office spaces, and restaurants, including Carnivale. Designed to redefine the local landscape, Paradise Landing embodies the vision of a “New Downtown Paradise Island,” offering an unparalleled array of conveniences.
Helming the Carnivale Bahamas culinary team will be a Top Chef Brazil alum, whose talent and creativity are sure to elevate the menu and deliver a dining experience like no other.
Adding a cultural touch, the venue pays homage to Bahamian icon Sir Sidney Poitier, with a stunning mural celebrating his legacy. Many of the artworks, created by local artist Angelika Wallace-Whitfield, incorporate vibrant colors and elements inspired by Bahamian flora. “I wanted to bring a uniquely Bahamian feel to the space while maintaining the playful and colorful branding that defines Carnivale,” said Wallace-Whitfield.
Bill Marovitz, owner of Carnivale Bahamas, expressed his vision for the restaurant: “We want every guest to experience fun, from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave. With stunning views, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere, Carnivale Bahamas is about creating memorable moments.”
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Chester Cooper lauded the investment. “This $12 million project underscores the confidence investors have in The Bahamas. It has already created hundreds of jobs and promises to attract boaters, locals, and tourists seeking a fresh and dynamic experience outside traditional resort offerings.”
