Coming Soon to Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina: Carnivale Bahamas
Latin Fusion Restaurant With Bahamian Inspiration Will Open in Spring 2024
It’s official: An exciting new restaurant is coming soon to Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina on Paradise Island.
The 15,000-square-foot Carnivale Bahamas will have a mix of indoor and outdoor seating for over 350, with spaces for everything from indoor fine dining, casual outdoor food and drinks, live music and entertainment, private parties, and special events at Hurricane Hole right on Paradise Island.
Carnivale opened its celebrated Chicago restaurant in 2005, and has since become known for its celebration of Latin cuisine, love, and a zest for life.
“Carnivale Bahamas will celebrate local cultures, flavors, and cuisines. We are going to be
incorporating elements that are native and beloved by Bahamians,” co-owner Jerry Cataldo
said.
Officials with Sterling Global Financial Limited, the owners and operators of Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina and the Paradise Island residential and commercial neighborhood surrounding the marina, held a groundbreaking on Thursday, May 11, along with Carnivale’s owners and government representatives to celebrate the start of construction.
Carnivale Bahamas is expected to open in spring 2024. To learn more about this $10 million project that will employ as many as 120 when fully operational, read the press release from Sterling Global.
