Celebrating a Successful Bahamas Charter Yacht Show 2024
The second-annual Bahamas Charter Yacht Show was a big success, bringing in even more vessels and charter brokers than the 2023 premiere, and the team at Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina is proud to have been a part of this prestigious show.
This exclusive and luxurious yacht event — reserved only for charter brokers — was hosted at the best marinas in The Bahamas, including Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina, from January 25-28. While more than 40 boats were at participating marinas for the 2023 inaugural event, the 2024 installment of The Bahamas Charter Yacht Show attracted 71 vessels.
Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina hosted 26 of these yachts — some of the newest and best vessels on the water — during the four-day event, and the marina was completely booked during the big show.
Our exclusive marina, which is proud to be the first marina in The Bahamas to offer in-slip fueling in addition to all of its other state-of-the-art amenities and services, also got the chance to host a fun Captains’ Event for yacht captains, guests, and sponsors on Thursday, January 25. During this party, attendees enjoyed delicious food from Asian Grill — our dockside bar and grill — as well as sips from a mojito bar set up by 700 Wines & Spirits, which has a large flagship store at Paradise Landing, the burgeoning new “downtown” of Paradise Island that surrounds the marina.
While they had tasty drinks and snacks, the more than 100 attendees at this party got the chance to socialize with each other, connect with others in the industry, and enjoy performances by a fire limbo dancer and DJ on hand at the marina.
The Bahamas Charter Yacht Show 2024 is over now, and charter brokers and marina guests have returned home, but the impressive offerings and top-notch yacht services at Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina continue in full force throughout the year.
